We are currently seeking highly motivated and innovative candidates for the following positions:

 

Assistant Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

 Responsible for Implementation & Management of FAA approved Training Program.

 Responsible for Calibration of Equipment and Tools.

 Responsible for the Safety Program.

 Responsible for Hazardous Waste disposal.

 Oversee NDT & Manufacturing Inspectors.

 Preference will be given to individuals with FAA Repair Station experience.

 

 

 

Engineer

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Responsible for establishing repairs of aircraft components.

Review maintenance instruction changes and incorporate them into in-house work instructions.

Interact with shop personnel.

Must have experience with AutoCad.

Preference will be given to persons with mechanical abilities and/or aircraft maintenance experience.

Engineering degree required.

 

 

 

Hydraulic Test Technician


Responsibilities and Qualifications:


 Preliminary and final acceptance testing of hydraulic actuator, valve and cylinder assemblies.

 Testing includes leakage requirements and metering for pressure or flow gains.

 Experience required.

 Preference will be given to candidates with flow grind and pressure gain experience.

 

 

 


Component Detailer

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

 Fabricate and install data plates and labels for finished aircraft components.

 Finish detail including stamping and sealant application.

 Miscellaneous tasks supporting the shipping process.

 

 

 


Precision Spool and Sleeve Lap-Fit Technician

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Needed to lap-fit aircraft hydraulic slide and sleeve assemblies.

Must be able to work with .0001 inch maximum clearances.

Experience required.

  • Have experience in a FAA Repair Station environment
  • Have experience working with hydraulics
  • Have experience working in a machine shop environment
  • Possess “hands on” mechanical abilities
